Fresh Paint for a new year!

    So it's 2012 time to start checking some stuff off the list that we were "going to do" last year. First we started with a brand new paint job for our living room! Jesse and I have been talking about painting and was never quite sure if we should because unfortunately we rent our casa. Well we talked to our "slumlord" and decided we will be signing a 2 to 3 year lease, with school, trips, and our weddings plans about to take place we were not about to add buying a house to a bank account that will keep getting smaller.lol. So with the lease in place we headed off to walmart to really make our house feel like a home.

 

We got everything we needed, and started on our two week..give or take...adventure to painting the living room.

 Now I know it looks like it was only him but I was hard at work taking pictures at this point in time. By the time we were all done painting and finished off the last major part to finishing our living room. We had come to the conclusion that we would never get into the painting business.
  However our house turn out GREAT!! It turned out better than we both had imagined that it would.

Just a few more nick knacks! and maybe a couple more craft projects and we will be ready to start our next project! The bedroom!! Jesse is o so excited about it too!
